No. of possible sequences for first 8 throws = 28 = 256
No. of sequences with exactly 0 "tails" = 1
No. of sequences with exactly 1 "tail" = 8
No. of sequences with exactly 2 "tails" = 28

So probability = (1 + 8 + 28)/256 = 37/256
